How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Orders typically ship the same business day or within 1-2 business days. In some rare cases, delays may occur. On average, products will be delivered within 4-7 days. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any order for a full refund before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately at support@powerlandtools.com. Once the order has shipped, it will be subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product is damaged?
Upon receiving your item(s), inspect the packaging for any damage. If you notice any damage, including to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you cannot inspect the package during delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) are damaged upon arrival, please email photos to support@powerlandtools.com, and we will process a replacement or compensation.
How do I place an order?

How do I know when my order will ship?

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We strive to keep all products in stock, but high demand may occasionally lead to items selling out quickly.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are located in Tennessee and only charge sales tax if you are shipping to Tennessee. This can help you save hundreds of dollars compared to ordering elsewhere.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order at no additional cost by emailing us at support@powerlandtools.com with your request. Any price difference will be credited to your card, or we will issue a custom invoice for the difference. Orders can only be modified before they are shipped.
