Refunds & Returns Policy
At PowerLand Tools, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we’ve made our return and refund process clear and easy to follow.

Return Time Frame:
You can return products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. -
Shipping Cost:

If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Defective or Broken Products:
If the product is defective or not working as expected, please notify us within 30 days of receiving it. We will assist with the return shipping at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. -
Change of Mind Returns:
If you decide that you no longer want the product, you have 30 days to return it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive the product, we will refund the cost of the item, excluding the shipping charges. -
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you don’t see your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@powerlandtools.com.
